'Esse est Deus' is the first proposition of the general prologue to Eckhart's unfinished Opus tripartitum, one of the best-documented lines in his Latin corpus and a standard reference point in Eckhart scholarship (McGinn and others discuss it at length). Confidence is 0.85 rather than higher only because the English three-word form is a translation of the Latin proposition, not an independently attested sentence.
